Virginia head coach Tony Bennett wasn't born yesterday. He knows that this has been a tough season to watch for the Cavalier faithful, what with the injuries that have plagued the team, the offense that has at times been anemic, and the many missed opportunities to get the W. Still, he gives credit where credit is due.

Daily Progress writer Whitey Reid recently uploaded this video, in which Bennett calls Virginia a "classy fan base."

"The fact that our fans come and they support us means everything to me and to our players, because they have a choice, certainly."

"It'd be great to give them something to really cheer about, and I hope that's coming in the future, but I hope it's the near future."
