Olympians Shine as Field Hockey Downs #4 Maryland

United States Olympians Michelle Vittese and Paige Selenski provided all of the goals for the #7 Cavalier field hockey team as they defeated fourth-ranked and defending national champ Maryland 3-2 on Friday night.

Volleyball Struggles Continue; Fall to BC 3-0

At 5-9 (0-4 ACC), Virginia Volleyball has struggled in Coach Hohenshelt's first season. They fell to Boston College last night 3-0. We at STL aren't too concerned yet, though.

A late Terrapin rally doomed Virginia's chances at taking over first place in the ACC. Though Virginia dominated the stats, the final 13 minutes would prove to be too much for the Hoos.
