Virginia junior forward Evan Nolte was arrested early Sunday morning for a public swearing/intoxication charge, according to Charlottesville General District Court records.
Charlottesville Newsplex's Damon Dillman tweeted his mug shot earlier this afternoon, which I present to you without comment:
Just kidding about the no comment situation, because seriously, how did he end up in that shirt? At this point, I'm not even concerned about the drunk in public thing, because you know, #college, #noparents. But what series of events had to have happened that night to result in that shirt?

Has anyone made a fashion police joke yet? Because I have an idea.— Phony Bennett (@IfTonyTweeted) August 5, 2014
It would appear that the Charlottesville Police Department was willing to cut him some slack. According to NBC29 reporter Henry Graff, the officer attempted to put him in a taxi and send him on his merry way home, but Nolte instead just ran.
He was released on recognizance. The charge is a class 4 misdemeanor, and his hearing date is scheduled for September 5, 2014 at 10:30 a.m.
