After the Virginia Cavaliers defeated Navy on Friday, senior Scot Robison tallied three first-place finishes and has been recognized as the Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming & Diving Men's Performer of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
A native of Charlotte, N.C., Robison placed first in both the 50 free and 100 free, posting NCAA B times of 20.14 and 44.13, respectively as Virginia topped Navy, 156-136. Both times currently lead the conference. He also swam a leg on the winning 200 medley relay squad, which finished with a time of 1:31.75.
Both the men's and women's swimming and diving teams return to the Aquatic and Fitness Center Nov. 12-13 for a two-day tri-meet with Virginia Tech and Princeton.
