The ACC announced its 2010 Women's Tennis All-ACC team this morning, and Virginia's sophomore Lindsey Hardenbergh was the only Cavalier named to this 18-member squad.
Hardenbergh has posted a 28-14 overall singles record this season. Ranked No. 50 nationally, she is 11-8 in dual match singles, including a 5-6 mark at No. 1 singles in league play. In doubles, she is ranked No. 45 nationally with Erin Vierra. The duo is 34-6 this season, including a 17-3 record in dual matches.The ACC Tournament begins today in Cary, N.C. The Cavaliers are seeded sixth and will meet 11th-seeded Boston College at 3:00 p.m. Virginia is ranked 26th nationally and this season tied a school record with six ACC wins this season, taking three of the last four matches. Last year, Virginia met BC in the first round and won, 4-1.
