A few quick notes on today's game:

No word on whether Will Sherrill will be available to play or not, but he didn't play the last two games now due to a re-injured right fibula, and was unable to fully practice at least part of this week.

Virginia Tech has scored a combined 193 points in the past two games. By comparison, Virginia scored 41 on Wednesday night (combined 97 over past two games).

Injuries or no, both teams will be playing hard today. A sweep of Virginia Tech would be awesome for Virginia fans. Six of the past seven games have been decided by seven points or less.

Hokies' Jeff Allen has earned a double-double for six straight games now. Hokies have three guys averaging in double-digit scoring.

Malcolm Delaney has over 2,000 career points. So yes, he is dangerous.
