With a college workout regiment, he should be able to develop his explosiveness and speed. The basic physical characteristics are there for great pass protection - he's mobile with a great wing span, but the technique still needs to be refined. He was out early his senior season, for five games, due to an ankle injury. Still, he posted 24 tackles, four of which were for sacks, and was named an all-metro selection.
