No. 5 Baseball No. 4 Florida State 5-4 (11) Junior Jared King led off the bottom of the 11th with a walk-off homer, giving Virginia the series win over FSU.
M Golf Schenkel Invitational 4th, 565 Hoos stay in fourth place after Day 2, and are 10 strokes behind leader Auburn and just one stroke behind third place LSU.
Wrestling NCAA Championships Virginia finished 23rd place overall. Chris Henrich and Derek Valenti both earned All-America honors, with Henrich taking sixth at 174 and Valenti taking eighth at 149.
W Swim/Div NCAA Championships The women finished 13th overall, with five individual All-American honors, as well as the 200, 400 and 800 free relays. This is the fourth straight year the Cavaliers have finished in the top-20.

11 of the Cavaliers' 14 goals came from Rhamel Bratton (4), Steele Stanwick (4) and Chris Bocklet (3), as Virginia earned it s100th all-time victory at Klockner Stadium.

The Hoos held off a Tiger rally to become 5-3 on the season. Charlie Finnigan and Julie Gardner both earned hat tricks, with Gardner also contributing one assist.

Virginia dropped a doubleheader to open ACC play on Saturday and were outhit by a combined 22-11.
