The ACC/Big 10 matchups were announced today, and for the first time, all twelve ACC schools will be participating, thanks to last year's realignment and Big 10 expansion. And unlike years past, all the games will be played over a span of just two days -- November 29 and 30.
The Virginia Cavaliers will host the Michigan Wolverines on Tuesday, November 29. Exact times and networks have not yet been announced.
The Hoos hold an all time 6-5 record in the challenge, including last year's upset of No. 13 Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Virginia and Michigan have not faced each other since 1989, where Michigan defeated Virginia 102-65 in the Elite Eight. The Cavaliers are 1-2 all time against Michigan, with the lone win coming in 1980 in the NIT.
