College Football Week 2: Virginia's Opponents in Review

Here's a look at how everyone else did this week -- Duke, Miami and UNC were the only losers of the week, meaning yes, even Maryland won.

Sept. 1 Richmond Spiders (1-1) (UVA 43, Richmond 19)
Richmond recovered from their loss against Virginia last week by crushing Gardner-Webb 41-8 in their home opener.

Sept. 8 Penn St. Nittany Lions (0-2) (UVA 17, Penn State 16)
Well, it wasn't pretty and certainly someone above was smiling down upon us (or frowning down upon Penn State kicker Sam Ficken), but a win is a win. Still lots of question marks going forward, but for now, here is our recap from yesterday's 17-16 win.
Sept. 15 @ Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (1-1, 0-1 ACC)
Oh cool, Georgia Tech had over 700 all purpose yards this week. That's going to go over real well. Oy. Jackets take it 59-3 over Presbyterian.
