I hate calling games "must win" situations, especially this early in conference play. but this certainly has that kind of vibe to it, doesn't it? Virginia impressed even its own fans by beating North Carolina (even a sub-par North Carolina) to open the season, but since then, have fallen twice to questionable conference foes. This has left everyone scratching their heads a bit.

Florida State is an equally enigmatic team, having won on the road at Maryland and Clemson, but losing at home to North Carolina. Losses to the likes of South Alabama and Mercer also leave 'Noles fans wondering what kind of team they have in front of them this season.

Both teams want this win badly. For Virginia, it's a home game, and I think it's vitally important to win your home games in the conference, particularly if you have a young team that might be subject to inconsistencies on the road, which is what we hope has been the case so far.

Leave your game thoughts here and GO HOOS!
