After NIT wins over Norfolk State and St. John's, UVA will play one final game at John Paul Jones Arena. With a win, the Hoos will head to Madison Square Garden to take on Maryland in the NIT semifinals
The Hawkeyes rolled past Indiana State and Stony Brook to earn the right to take on Virginia. Iowa is a 3-seed in the tournament, but don't be fooled. They come in at #23 in Ken Pomeroy's rankings, and are underseeded in the RPI-heavy NIT. Luckily for Wahoo fans, the Hawkeyes have struggled on the road, where their lone wins came at Penn State and Northwestern. A raucous crowd at JPJ awaits.
To learn more about the Hawkeyes, we conducted a Q&A with our friends at "Black Heart Gold Pants." Here's their discussion about Iowa's team. We also answered some of their questions about Virginia.
As always, drop your thoughts, insight, and .gifs down in the comments. And, as always, let's go Hoos!
