Monday Motivation: October 27

Ok y'all. That was rough. Let's cheer up.

Men's Soccer defeated Radford 3-0 on Tuesday.

Women's Soccer crushed Duke 3-1 and gave Virginia a 2.5-0 lead in the Commonwealth Clash by beating Virginia Tech 2-0.

Morgan Brian assisted the first goal for the United States Women's National Team CONCACAF Championship title in their 6-0 victory.

Women's Volleyball took a 3-2 win over Notre Dame.

Men's Swimming and Diving opened their season with a 183-117 victory over Navy.

Former Lacrosse stand out, Jay Jalbert, was inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame (along with UVa. alums Matt and Mark Cockerton's dad, Stan).

Unfortunately, a lot of us (myself included) are still thinking about Saturday, so when I feel down, I like to hang out with Tony Bennett and the Virginia Basketball team. 19 days from now, JA, Uncle Malcolm, the Gill-a-Monster, and the rest of the top-ten Hoos  will take the court against James Madison. It can't get here soon enough.
