2015 NCAA College World Series: the "Virginia" side

Virginia is back in Omaha! Who will they face and how good are they?

Get Them While They're Hot!

After a thrilling series against Maryland, Virginia is back in the College World Series.  For the second year in the row, the Hoos are playing for a chance to win it all.  Like regional play in the tournament, Virginia must survive double-elimination.  First up, they will face the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday at 3 P.M.  Tournament favorites #4 Florida Gators face off against the #5 Miami Hurricanes at 8 P.M. that night.  If Virginia can make it out of this bracket, they will advance to the Championship Series and play best of three games.  The other bracket is comprised of the LSU Tigers, TCU Horned Frogs, Cal State Fullerton Titans, and Vanderbilt Commodores.

UVa is looking to avenge last year's loss against Vanderbilt in the championship.  This year's season has been more of a roller coaster ride than last year but, nevertheless, Virginia will hope to ride its current momentum into the College World Series.
