Last Meeting: Virginia 65, Clemson 42 (January 13, 2015)
These two teams come into the night off to markedly different starts in ACC play. Virginia has faltered, dropping every one of its conference road games. Clemson, meanwhile, is riding the hot hand: Brad Brownell's crew has won three straight against top-25 opponents, plus an overtime road win at Syracuse.
But things are different for Virginia at home. The Hoos' offensive rating is 15% better at home, and its defensive rating is 10% to the good at JPJ as well. The team that clobbered West Virginia and dispatched Notre Dame with ease is still in there somewhere. Look for Bennett & Co. to get things back on track tonight.
