Just this morning we rated Virginia's top remaining targets as National Signing Day approaches. Already, it looks like both of the "Dark Horses" could be moving to seeing U.Va. as "Non-Viable."
Offensive lineman Dylan Powell and defensive end Rashad Weaver have both indicated they are narrowing in on their school choices. Neither looks like good news for Virginia.
I have changed my mind and will be announcing my commitment tonight at 8 o'clock!

Powell had initially tweeted that he would be announcing his decision on Tuesday. Moving the decision up a day, on the heels of official visits out West, reads like he'll be going with Stanford.
Meanwhile, back on the east coast...

Doesn't get too much more clear than that. Weaver was in State College and the Steel City while the Hoos were hosting their official visitors, so things weren't looking good already. This statement sure makes it look like Weaver will end up in Pennsylvania.
Oh, and remember: If you find yourself wondering, "Should I tweet at a recruit?" STL has the guide you need to follow.
