The Virginia Cavaliers men's basketball team celebrated their being named a #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday evening.

The Hoos finished with a 9-3 record against the RPI top 50. Much of the Twitter world reacted with shock at UVa and Oregon getting one-seeds over Big Ten champion Michigan State. The Spartans' seeding and regions are yet to be announced.
