The TomTom Founders Festival is taking place in Charlottesville this week, and it took on a decidedly Cavalier attitude on Thursday. Football coach Bronco Mendenhall, field hockey coach Michelle Madison, basketball strength coach Mike Curtis, and former UVA football star Chris Long each shared insights on how they're approaching their various roles with an eye toward innovation.
