Details of Virginia's Spring Football Festival have been released, and fans will be in for a treat on Saturday, April 23. Starting at 2pm, fans can enter Scott Stadium for pre-game activities such as corn hole, face painting, a photo booth, and a balloon artist. For the youngsters, there will be a target-toss, 40-yard dash, field goal kick, and other activities on the field from 2-4pm.

For those interested in purchasing season tickets, tags will be placed on available seats around the stadium and fans can select desired season seats starting at 2pm.

Raffles will be held for a chance to win autographed footballs, season tickets, and single-game tickets. Game-worn gear including helmets ($50) and jerseys ($100) will be for sale - also starting at 2pm - behind the scoreboard inside the stadium.

At 4:15pm, the team will hold an open practice with some "live-game situations" included, but no true spring game will be played.

Admissions and parking for the event are free, and concessions will be sold on site.

This is the first opportunity for fans to see, in person, the (much leaner) team under the leadership of Bronco Mendenhall and staff.
