Virginia Football’s off-season training is in full swing as the athletes are spending their time in the weight room, learning about nutrition, running speed drills, and just generally getting their bodies stronger, faster, and better for the first season under new head coach Bronco Mendenhall.
Virginia Sports TV provided this highlights video of their first week of summer training.
Former Virginia fullback Vincent Croce, now a graduate assistant for strength and conditioning at Virginia, has also provided these highlights of each of the first four days of practice. Give it a watch as you get your first insights into Virginia Football training under Mendenhall.
The team has also been honing in their nutrition with some cooking skills as well.
