Four years ago, Team USA Swimming put out the unforgettable “Call Me Maybe” which included UVA Olympians Lauren Perdue and Matt McLean. To no one’s surprise, they followed it up this year with their rendition of Carpool Karaoke, which is entertaining from start to finish.

Virginia’s Leah Smith makes her first appearance at the 4:08 mark of the video as she tries to sing Flo Rida’s My House. Largely, unsuccessfully. Will someone please send her the lyrics already??
Other highlights include Michael Phelps calling his mom, Katie Ledecky feeling uncomfortable driving four other Olympians, and Nathan Adrian jamming out to the Pokemon theme song. Ryan Lochte is surprisingly tame in this video.
It’s even more fun to watch this video now. “And YOU’RE a gold medalist! And YOU’RE a gold medalist!”
