College Football is back, and so is Streaking the Lawn’s ACC POWER RANKINGS

Finally, we get to troll all of you again.

NCAA Football: William & Mary at Virginia Amber Searls-USA TODAY Sports

With the college football season literally just days away, it is time for Streaking the Lawn's annual tradition of trolling the Pitt fanbase by not putting them at the top of our Power Rankings every week.

1. Clemson Tigers (0-0)
Next Opponent: at Auburn

Clemson is coming off their best season in 30 years and they'll have a Heisman favorite leading their offense. The bad news? The Tigers lost nearly the entire defense that helped them get to the National Championship last year. The Tigers open up at Auburn, so we'll get to see if they are on track again this year.

2. Florida State Seminoles (0-0)
Next Opponent: Ole Miss in Orlando

Sean Maguire is out, but the future for the Noles was always going to be Freshman QB Deondre Francois who will start this weekend against Ole Miss. If Francois is the real deal, there is enough talent in Tallahassee to take them to the Playoffs.

3. North Carolina Tar Heels (0-0)
Next Opponent: UGA in Atlanta

After nearly knocking Clemson off the ACC title throne last December, many expect UNC to keep progressing and win the Coastal. The Heels opened up their 2015 slate against an SEC team and proceeded to be terrible against South Carolina.

4. Louisville Cardinals (0-0)
Next Opponent: Charlotte

Many expect Louisville to challenge Clemson and Florida State in the Atlantic, but not many think they have enough to take down both. We'll know just how good the Cardinals fairly early since they play both the Tigers and Seminoles before the 2nd weekend of October.

5. Miami Hurricanes (0-0)
Next Opponent: Florida A&M

The Hurricanes are starting off the 2016 season with a pretty tough road taking on Florida A&M this weekend, FAU next weekend, and then they do travel to Appalachian State in the third weekend. Mark Richt has a talented roster to work with, but as we all know, that doesn't always mean wins in Coral Gables.

6. Pittsburgh Panthers (0-0)
Next Opponent: Villanova

It's just a matter of time before we are all Pitt fans worshiping at the altar of Pat Narduzzi. Obviously the ceiling for Pitt is 15-0 and floor is 13-2. Never doubt.

7. Virginia Tech Hokies (0-0)
Next Opponent: Liberty

Justin Fuente was one of the hottest hires last offseason. Replacing Beamer will not be an easy task though. The Hokies open up against Liberty, an FCS school with an all-time record of 4-19 against FBS schools. Liberty finished 6-5 last year, 3-3 in the Big South. Easy W for the Hokies, unless the stars align.

8. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (0-0)
Next Opponent: Boston College in Dublin

We all expected the Yellow Jackets to be a darkhorse playoff team last season and they disappointed. With no expectations coming into this season, Georgia Tech will almost assuredly be playing in the ACC Title game in December and Paul Johnson will keep his job.

9. Duke Blue Devils (0-0)
Next Opponent: NC Central

Can David Cutcliffe keep working miracles? With their projected starting QB Thomas Sirk out with an Achilles injury, that could be a lot more difficult. Winning without a QB in a revamped ACC Coastal should be even harder than recent years.

10. NC State Wolfpack (0-0)
Next Opponent: William and Mary

NC State continues their impossible out of conference scheduling in 2016 with William and Mary, ECU, and ODU. It would be a complete wash, but the ACC is making them play Notre Dame this year. It is going to be fun to watch State play ND, Clemson, Louisville, BC, and FSU in a 5 week stretch.

11. Virginia Cavaliers (0-0)
Next Opponent: Richmond

Bronco has a tough road ahead, but as we all know, they'll look really good this season. Opening up against a tough Richmond opponent could be dicey, but traveling to Oregon next week will be really hard. Getting off on the right foot this weekend is key for the new staff.

12. Syracuse Orange (0-0)
Next Opponent: Colgate

Like Bronco Mendenhall, Dino Babers has quite a rebuilding project in his hands. Babers was quite successful at Bowling Green, but the ACC is a little tougher than the MAC. Having Louisville, Notre Dame, Clemson, and Florida State on the schedule is a tough order as well.

13. Wake Forest Demon Deacons (0-0)
Next Opponent: Tulane

Dave Clawson is entering his third season leading Wake Forest after leaving Bowling Green. Wake has gone 3-9 in both seasons, but getting to 4 or 5 wins could be in the cards this season with a fairly easy out of conference schedule.

14. Boston College Golden Eagles (0-0)
Next Opponent: Georgia Tech in Dublin

Last season BC had the best defenses in college football. Unfortunately, their defensive coordinator fled to Ann Arbor to be apart of Jim Harbaugh's Football Circus. After leading BC to 7-6 records his first two years in Boston, Steve Addazio could be staring down the barrel of another rough season.
