Vegas Odds put Virginia as 17-point underdogs to Miami Football

It will take a minor miracle for Virginia to take down the undefeated Hurricanes.

The No. 7 Miami Hurricanes remained undefeated after they dismantled the No. 3 Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 41-8, last Saturday. Meanwhile, the Virginia Cavaliers were unable to overcome reigning Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson and the Louisville Cardinals.

Las Vegas took notice.

The Hoos open as a 17-point underdog on the road against Miami next Saturday, November 18. This is the largest spread against Virginia so far this season.

Virginia is 5-5 against the spread this season, having failed to cover the 12-point spread against Louisville last weekend. Miami is 5-4 against the spread.

The Hoos have lost the last two against Miami and are 5-5 all-time against the Hurricanes.

Kickoff is at noon on Saturday, November 18, and the game will be televised on ABC.
