One of two players from Taft to commit to Virginia in 2017, Brown picked the Hoos after Virginia extended a late offer. He announced his commitment just last week.

This is a big, rangy outside linebacker that can play in both run and pass situations. His height and leaping ability give Brown the ability to disrupt passing plays even if he doesn't get to the quarterback. There’s a lot of raw edge when you watch his tape, but adding 20 pounds or so onto his frame and coaching up his technique could make Brown a scary addition to the Hoos’ defense.
