Justin Anderson has now played for the Philadelphia 76ers for four games now (after being traded from the Dallas Mavericks). Unsurprisingly, he’s already a fan favorite in Philly. Last night against the New York Knicks, Anderson scored a career-high 19 points and added five rebounds, two assists, and a block in 24 minutes of action.

He also got in a little of a verbal dust-up with Carmelo Anthony, which maybe helped his ‘fan-favorite’ cause in Philly. In true Virginia alum fashion, Simba has kept his love for defense.

Man, you see how hype Justin Anderson got just for forcing a shot clock violation?? That's how you become a fan favorite in Philly

After the game, Simba deflected attention from himself and credited his team with the win.
