Coming off their 2-0 final week of the regular season, many expected a large jump for the Cavaliers in this week’s rankings. Beating a top 10 team by 10+ and holding them to only 43 points should give you that boost. As you’ll see though, not many teams above Virginia lost last week.
Associated Press Poll
The Hoos moved up 2 spots from No. 23 to No. 21 this week jumping ACC Bro Notre Dame and Slow Bro Wisconsin. North Carolina remains the cream of the ACC crop at No. 6, although their loss to UVa dropped them from their No. 5 ranking last week. Louisville, Duke, and Florida State also make appearances from the ACC.
