Kiser and Blanding were also named to the Athlon All-ACC first team.
There are a total of 13 players from the Atlantic Coast Conference to make either first or second team All-American. Clemson and Florida State are tied with two first-teamers each, while Clemson leads with three players overall. NC State joins Virginia as the only other ACC school with two players on the first two teams: Jaylen Samuels was named first-team “all purpose,” while defensive lineman Bradley Chubb picked up second-team honors.
On the all-conference side, Joe Reed received second-team honors as a kick returner, and defensive end Andrew Brown was tabbed fourth-team All-ACC.
