The Virginia Cavaliers added another talented defensive prospect in the class of 2019 on Thursday night, as inside linebacker Nick Jackson announced his commitment to UVA.

Jackson is rated a high three-star by both Rivals and 247, and as one of the top 30 linebackers in the country for his class. He chose UVA over offers from Duke, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Louisville, NC State, Texas A&M, and Wisconsin, among others.
The linebacking corps is now set for this class. Four-star Hunter Stewart is the headliner, plus Josh Ahern on the inside and outside linebackers D’Sean Perry and Jairus Satiu.
