Yes, the Virginia Cavaliers football team fell to Virginia Tech yet again on Friday, 34-31 in overtime, but men’s basketball did win the Battle 4 Atlantis title, besting Wisconsin in the final, 53-46. And hey, if that doesn’t help you get over your sorrows, try and remember 1998’s win over the Hokies.
Malcolm Brogdon hit another key shot for the Milwaukee Bucks (14-5) on Saturday, nailing a three with just 8.4 seconds left to help clinch the game for his team. Brogdon finished with 23 points on the night.
