With full on March Madness upon us, now is the time we get bracket after bracket and prediction after prediction. Former Virginia basketball star and current Washington Wizard Mike Scott took to the big whiteboard to give us his picks.
He kicks it off strong, writing in UVA as the national champs before looking to the first round.
“This is how we’re going to start this off,” Scott says as he fills in his alma mater in the center block. “Ok, now let’s start.”
He goes to the South Region first, and you can see he picks Davidson to upset Kentucky, then Arizona to move on to the Sweet 16 to face the Hoos.
“The big kid [Deandre Ayton] is probably going to have 30 and 15, but we’re still going to win.”
When he moves into the East, he shows how true orange and blue he really is as he assesses the Virginia Tech-Alabama matchup.
“No. I’m never taking Virginia Tech.”
That’s my dude, Mike.
Watch his full selection here (do it, it’s hysterical):
