Fans of ACC basketball potentially got a little sneak peak at next season’s matchup matrix, thanks to a tweeting error by North Carolina. According to Syracuse.com, UNC accidentally posted the home and away matchups for next season, which college football reporter Matt Sarzyniak saw and wisely snapped a screenshot of.
For your viewing pleasure and analysis:
Looks like UNC inadvertently released next season's ACC MBK conference play opponent matrix, but removed the post from their new feed. Could be coming out this week though. Images from a Google cached version of the release. pic.twitter.com/0iwDlzxSMb

Virginia’s potential schedule is what you would call...not easy.
Home/Away: Louisville, Virginia Tech, Duke, Notre Dame
Home: Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami, Pittsburgh, Wake Forest
Away: Boston College, Clemson, North Carolina, NC State, Syracuse
All four of Virginia’s assumed home and away teams came in on SB Nation’s “Way Too Early Top 25”, led by Duke at No. 2 and followed by No. 13 Virginia Tech, No. 29 Notre Dame, and No. 30 Louisville.
Other ACC teams expected to be in the top 25 (plus 10) include No. 7 North Carolina, No. 19 Florida State, No. 22 Clemson, and No. 32 NC State.
Last season, Virginia ran through the ACC with a record-setting 17-1 regular season record (9-0 on the road) and the regular season and tournament titles. That was going to be difficult to replicate as is, but with this potential schedule, it could be nearly impossible.
