On Tuesday night, Virginia Cavaliers basketball player Justice Bartley announced that he will pursue a graduate transfer for the 2018-19 season.
Bartley appeared in 28 games over his three seasons in Charlottesville, scoring 15 points and collecting 14 rebounds. His career high in scoring for the Hoos was five against Grambling in November 2016.
The highlight of his UVA career came off the court, though. In January, Tony Bennett awarded Bartley a scholarship in recognition of his contributions to the program.

Because Bartley will earn his degree next month, he will be immediately eligible for his next team under the NCAA’s graduate transfer rules.
