Virginia Football saw two former players selected in the 2018 NFL Draft as linebacker Micah Kiser went to the Los Angeles Rams and defensive end Andrew Brown was picked by the Cincinnati Bengals. Both players went in the fifth round of the draft, but beyond that, no Hoos heard their names called.
Most surprising was the absence of Quin Blanding’s name being read as he was expected to be drafted after a stellar career with the Hoos in the secondary. Along with Blanding, Doni Dowling, Jack English, Daniel Hamm, and Jack McDonald hope to make their NFL dreams become reality.
