According to 247Sports, Harvey measures out at 5-10 and 182 as a rising Senior out of Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida. Last season, the signal caller threw for 1,689 yards and 15 touchdowns on just 155 passes; completing 99 of those passes.
Where Harvey makes his money though is on the ground, where he amassed 1,346 yards and 20 touchdowns on 133 carries.
To say Harvey is fast would be a disservice to his speed. Recently, at The Opening football camp in Florida, the dual threat quaterback ran a 4.41 40 yard dash, which would have put him as the fastest QB at last year’s combine, and 18th overall. EIGHTEENTH!
Had a great time competing with some of the best today at Nike Football Elite 11 Regional. @EdgewaterFBall @TheOpening @Elite11 pic.twitter.com/CCMn1BP9Hq

As mentioned above, Harvey is the 18th commit to Mendenhall for the 2019 class and is the 6th player out of the state of Florida to make the pledge.
Harvey will be joined in competition by fellow 2019 QB commit Luke Wentz, out of Germany.
He chose the Hoos over offers from Georgia Tech, East Carolina, Syracuse and North Carolina.
