Coach Caron discussed what the Virginia Cavaliers football team needs to do against NC State this weekend. We also provided an updated depth chart, and broke down how the Hoos did in the NFL over the weekend. Here’s what else happened on Monday:

Sophomore Charles Snowden was named ACC Linebacker of the Week for his performance against Louisville. Snowden recorded eight tackles, a fumble recovery, and an interception in Saturday’s win.

The Virginia Men’s Golf Team, currently ranked 24th in the nation, stand in second place at the Inverness Intercollegiate in Toledo, Ohio. The Hoos trail tournament leaders Tennessee by ten strokes, with rain stopping the action midway through the second round. Play resumes this morning.

The NCAA released their first RPI rankings of the year for Division 1 men’s soccer yesterday, and the Hoos came in at the sixth spot. UVA, who still has not taken a loss on the season, travels to Pittsburgh on Friday.
