Former Virginia star Kyle Guy called up by Sacramento Kings (Daily Progress)
Thanks to a hot start in the G League, the Sacramento Kings chose to call up Kyle Guy to their active roster on Saturday. The next day, Guy would go on to suit up for the first time in a NBA uniform against the Wizards, though he did not receive any playing time.
Joe Reed, who recorded four catches for 31 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s win, will play in January’s East-West Shrine Bowl, announced Friday. The invite-only bowl game offers an opportunity for some of the best college football seniors across the country to showcase their talents in front of NFL scouts.
