Lots of movement for the Virginia Cavaliers men’s basketball team yesterday, as junior Ty Jerome and redshirt sophomore De’Andre Hunter announced that they would be forgoing their final years of eligibility to enter the NBA Draft. On the recruiting side, the Wahoos landed another commitment for their 2019 class in small forward Justin McKoy, who chose UVA over ACC rivals North Carolina and North Carolina State.

Now that Ty Jerome and De’Andre Hunter have announced their decisions to go pro, it’s time to look at where the latest mock drafts have the two Virginia stars positioned. According to CBS Sports’ Gary Parrish, Hunter will go fifth to the Atlanta Hawks, while Jerome will head to the Boston Celtics as the 20th overall selection.

Joe Harris scored 13 points en route to the Brooklyn Nets’ game one upset win over Mike Scott and the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night. Scott, who added 15 points, and Philly responded with a win of their own on Monday, however, clobbering the Nets 145-123 to even the series at one game a piece. The scene will shift to Brooklyn now, as game three tips off at 8:00 PM Thursday at Barclays Center.

Malcolm Brogdon continues to work back from a plantar fascia tear that he suffered in mid-March during the regular season. Hopefully we’ll get to see Malcolm back soon competing for the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed in this year’s NBA Playoffs.
