Finally, the start of the 2019-2020 College Football Playoffs and Perkins 4 Heisman campaigns is upon us! Today’s a great matchup for the Hoos to start their season with a challenge—realistic and certainly not insurmountable, but a good, non-cupcake test for the Hoos that also has meaningful ACC implications. As Virginia looks to start on the path to its first Coastal title (2019 has been a year of firsts for Virginia—did you hear they won a national championship in men’s basketball?), Pitt is an important start before next week’s William & Mary matchup back in Charlottesville.
