Kyle Guy made his official NBA debut with the Kings on Friday night (USA Today)
Kyle Guy became the eighth UVA player to appear in a NBA game this season, when he made his debut for the Sacramento Kings on Friday night. Guy, who entered the game late in the fourth quarter, attempted just one shot, which he missed.
Virginia men’s basketball team hopes to band together after second consecutive loss (Daily Progress)
”The sky isn’t falling,” writes The Daily Progress’ Bennett Conlin following UVA’s overtime loss to Syracuse on Saturday. “It’s far too early to call this Virginia basketball season a lost cause.”
Women’s basketball (7-9, 2-3 ACC) picked up another conference victory on Sunday, besting Boston College on the road, 69-52. The win comes on the heels of Thursday’s come-from-behind triumph over Duke.
