Noah Taylor and Lavel Davis Jr. were honored on Monday morning when the ACC announced the two had won ACC players of the week honors.
Noah Taylor joins Zane Zandier and Charles Snowden as Virginia Cavaliers to earn ACC Linebacker of the week honors. Taylor had five tackles against the Louisville Cardinals but also had the highlight of the game with his interception in the first quarter that he promptly took back to the house to give UVA a 7-0 lead.

Lavel Davis Jr also earned honors this week as the Rookie of the Week, his second such honor this season. Davis lead the Hoos with four catches, 74 yards, and a touchdown. On the season Davis now has 284 yards receiving and four touchdowns. He has quickly become one of Brennan Armstrong’s favorite receivers.
