Happy Valentine’s Day, Cavaliers fans!
After helping lead Virginia to a 17-2-3 record and No. 1 national ranking in 2019, sophomores Rebecca Jarrett and Alex Spaanstra will represent the United States at the 2020 Concacaf Women’s Under-20 Championship, which will take place in the Dominican Republic from Feb. 22 - Mar. 8.

Both UVA lacrosse programs saw players included in the initial Tewaaraton Award Watch List, published yesterday. Seniors Dox Aitken, Jared Conners and Michael Kraus join junior Matt Moore as the representatives for the men, while senior Sammy Mueller serves as the lone Cavalier for the women.

Women’s basketball (11-14, 6-8 ACC) showed incredible grit in yesterday’s 69-64 win over the Miami Hurricanes, coming back from 22 points down - and 18 down with 4:27 left in the third quarter - to earn a third conference victory in four tries.
