2019 NCAA Tournament Bracket Predictions (CBS Sports)
Despite winning their last two contests, Virginia remains outside of the field of 68, according to Jerry Palm’s latest March Madness bracket prediction. As of this morning, the CBS Sports expert has the Hoos among the first four teams missing the tournament, joining Arizona State, Texas and Texas Tech.
