Get those wallets out, Virginia fans. Nike is dropping a pair of sneakers on Wednesday, June 24 that all Cavaliers should be able to appreciate. The Dunk Lows will go on sale at 10am, and will cost $100.
In order to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Dunk Low silhouette, Nike is releasing a pair in orange and blue that they’re calling “Champ Colors.”
Nike describes the shoes as having, “...an upper of university orange with overlays of marine to celebrate men’s college basketball’s most recent champions.” As the champions of the 2019 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament — and the 2020 tournament being canceled thanks to the coronavirus — the Hoos are still technically the reigning champs.
Works out fine for us!
