The Virginia Cavaliers have now held all three of its ACC opponents to under 50 points, with Virginia Tech being the latest to fall, 65-39. It’s the ninth pack line pledge game of the year, although we sort of forgot to post the eighth one after the Hoos held Stony Brook to just 44 points in a 56-44 victory on December 18. With both opponents being held under 50, that’s an additional $17 for those who committed to the extra credit bonus. To date, that’s nine pack line pledge games, four for those who are paying for the women’s victories as well, and $93 in extra credit bonuses for those participating in that. If everyone paid today, that’s already $9,979.50 as we’re a third of the way through the season.

For those of you who don’t remember, for ever Pack Line Pledge game — that is, for every game that the Cavaliers hold their opponents to under 55 — Pack Line Pledge participants will donate a set amount to the One Love Foundation in honor of Yeardley Love.
